Bicycle ride “Let’s bow to those great years”

In Ivye, a large bike ride was held in honor of Victory Day, timed not only to the upcoming holiday, but also to the Year of Historical Memory. Its purpose is to remind you that it is important to honor and respect the exploits and sacrifices of our ancestors, who, at the cost of their own lives, gained victory for us and defended the peaceful sky.
As long as there is historical memory, there is hope that the war on the territory of Belarus will not happen again.
A column of about twenty bicycles (representatives of various organizations, institutions, public associations of the region took part in the run) moved smoothly and confidently, overcoming a thirty-kilometer track with a fighting mood. Maybe because everyone was united by pride for the Motherland, history and people.
The route included the city of Ivye, the village of Sovguti, the village of Krasovshchina, ag. Lipnishki.
Bike ride is an annual project dedicated to the celebration of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. It is traditionally attended by the chairman of the Ivyevsky district executive committee, Igor Nikolaevich Genets. There are people of different ages in the column, which emphasizes the inextricable link between several generations of Belarusians.
