The Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus and the National Tourism Agency are pleased to announce the start of the XXII Republican Tourism Competition “Discover Belarus” 2024!

Among the objectives of the competition are to stimulate the competitiveness of the tourism services market of the Republic of Belarus, encouragement for contributions to the development of the tourism industry, attracting attention to tourism brands, creating a positive image of the Republic of Belarus as a country attractive to tourists and sightseers, attracting the population to active forms of recreation, promoting a healthy image life, popularization of historical attractions, cultural and natural heritage of the Republic of Belarus, increasing the prestige of professions involved in the tourism industry, stimulating the use of modern technologies in tourism.

Thus, in 2024 the competition will be held in 13 categories:

Nomination “I get to know Belarus”;
Nomination “Tour Guide of the Year”;
Nomination “Travel Company of the Year”;
Nomination “Accommodation Facility of the Year”;
Nomination “Sanatorium of the Year”;
Nomination “Agro-eco-estate of the year”;
Nomination “Material of the Year”;
Nomination “Museum of the Year”;
Nomination “Photography of the Year”;
Nomination “Ecological Tourism Object of the Year”;
Nomination “Industrial Tourism Object of the Year”;
Nomination “Religious Tourism Site of the Year”;
Nomination “Event of the Year”.
