Folk Art Festival “Tie of Hours”

The folk art festival “Povyaz Chasov” is a colorful kaleidoscope of traditional crafts. The program includes concerts by amateur groups, a demonstration of regional costumes, a fashion show in straw hats, master classes in traditional crafts and folk dances.
